What is ARCO Analytics?
ARCO Analytics is a platform that uses AI to turn a counterparty's source documents into a complete, structured financial analysis suitable for equity, debt/credit and restructuring deal flow, and more generally diligence workstreams for investment and M&A deals. A single run covers, among other things, the company profile, fully spread financials, projections across three scenarios, valuation and recovery, a risk map and an action plan.
What can I upload?
Financial statements, annual reports, filings, offering memoranda and prospectuses, transcripts and similar material, as PDF, Word or Excel. You can also upload an entire data room as a single zip, and every file inside is read and weighed on its own. You upload the files and ARCO reads them.
What do I get back?
The finished analysis is delivered in your browser as a set of structured sections you read on screen. When you want to share it or take it further, you can export it to Excel or Word, or save it as a PDF.
How reliable are the numbers?
Far more reliable than pasting documents into a general AI tool and trusting the reply. Every run goes through three independent checks that the engine enforces and cannot skip. The figures are traced back to the source documents they came from, every statement in the analysis is tested against those figures, and the finished output is checked from end to end so a number reads the same wherever it appears. That removes a large share of the errors a single AI prompt would leave behind. Before those gates, more than 45 automated checks run on the figures and their sources.
Which languages does it support?
Six input languages today, English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese, with more coming soon. The finished analysis can be delivered in more than 20 languages, ready to read and export.
Is my data secure?
Your documents are hosted on dedicated infrastructure in the EU, in Germany, with a leading ISO 27001 certified provider, and encrypted in transit. Raw uploads are removed within 15 days of each run, and each client's material sits in its own workspace. The security section above sets out the detail.
